Exercise tips for a baseball player?

I play baseball and i am an outfielder... does anyone have any suggestions of some exerciseses that would improve my arm strength, range (running), glove skills, and explosiveness

Hmmm I'm not an exercise guru, but I'll do my best.

Arm Strength= Definitely long toss. As an outfielder, one of, if not the most, important part of your defensive game is your arm. Gradual long toss is where you throw from a short distance but gradually throw longer and farther distances. This builds up arm strength and also is a great way to work on throwing form (Arm angle, feet, etc.)

Range(running)=The only thing I can think of is sprints. As an outfielder, you obviously won't be running long distance(neither will any position player, really). Running in short bursts, getting that first step will definitely help with range and explosiveness.

Also, get used to the sound of the bat. The louder, the harder it is hit usually. You're first judgment and response to the ball off the bat is vital.

Glove Skills= The only thing I can really think of is running up on the ball(the hard grounders that get into the OF), keeping your glove above your head, and running through the ball drills.
Running through the ball is a little hard to explain, but here I go;
As the ball is hit through the air, if there is a runner on second or third, they can tag. Running through the ball is when you have a running start almost and catch the ball while you are in your running motion. This gives you an extra step and more strength behind the ball.
