Is the Heart of the Hide model really worth the additional hundred dollars to step up from the Gold Glove series? I don't care if they're good or bad gloves, I just want to know if you think its worth the extra cash. Thanks guys.
I have a gold glove and I love it personally...my friend had a heart of the hide catcher's mit that he used to rave about, but I never really saw THAT much of a difference...was it a made a little better and was the leather of higher quality? Yes. Was the glove significantly softer? No. It's not worth the extra hundred. In my opinion though, the gold glove(s) are worth every penny...
