I NOTICED RIGHT BEFORE HE BATS HE NEEDS TO ADJUST HIS GLOVES , THEN TOUCH THE BASE WITH HIS BAT. THEN TOUCH HIS HELMET , THEN HE WINDS UP UNTIL THE PITCHER PITCHES THE BALL. WHAT'S THAT ABOUT??

He has done that routine forever. He is really superstitous. A lot of players are in the game. Wade Boggs used to eat chicken every night before his games. Being an athlete myself, I used to have many superstitions also. Just something that happens I guess for a lot of people.
